in der kommenden Wochen ziehen wir um, deshalb wir sind nicht mehr wie bisher Montags und Dienstags im Atelier erreichbar. Auch können im Moment laufende Projekte/Drucke etwas länger dauern als gewohnt.
Angemeldete Besprechungstermine sind immer möglich. Ob diese im alten oder schon im neuen Atelier geführt werden, erfahren Sie rechtzeitig telefonisch oder per E-Mail.
Wir informieren Sie wieder von der neuen Location aus, wenn alles fertig ist und alles läuft (voraussichtlich ab 22. Mai) :-) .

Rolling out new customer's gallery
01.01.11 (English) In following days we will be rolling out new customer's gallery with improved, well just about everything :-).
We started first with selected customers to make sure all bugs are sorted out. From February it will be available to everyone.

25.12.10 (German) Hier kommt das Geschenk Nummer 2 für alle 2011-Kunden (für zukünftige und bereits gebuchte).
Lieferzeit-Garantie
1) Blog-Fotos/Teaser/Danke-Schön-Karten. Fotos werden innerhalb von 24h nach der Hochzeit in der Online-Galerie in Vollauflösung ausgestellt.
2) Wichtigste Fotos innerhalb von sieben Tagen (kurze Hochzeiten) bzw. zehn Tagen (lange Hochzeiten) bearbeitet. Jedes einzelne Foto wird direkt nach der Bearbeitung hochgeladen. Bereits ein bis zwei Tagen nach der Hochzeit können Fotos betrachtet werden!
3) Alle In-Haus-Bücher/Flyer/Karten und Drucke innerhalb von sieben Tagen bearbeitet. Diese Garantie gilt nicht für Vollleder- oder Alubücher, da diese Materialien gesondert bestellt werden müssen.
4) Drucke, die während der ersten Viewing Session (empfohlen, aber nicht erforderlich) bestellt werden, sind mit Preisnachlässen mit bis zu 50% erhältlich.
5) Wir sind jetzt in der Lage, direkt im Hause 80 cm groß Drucke zu erzeugen (Leinwand und Papier, kürzere Seite). Hierdurch können wir Ihnen günstigere Preise (hauptsächlich Panoramadrucke), eine höhere Qualität, sowie kürzere Lieferzeiten anbieten.
6) Gutscheine (und im Voraus bezahlte Shootings) sind jetzt für Bestandskunden mit bis zu 50% Preisnachlass erhältlich. Kontaktieren Sie uns für weitere Details!

25.12.10 (English) Here comes present #2 for all 2011 customers (future ones and those already booked).
Delivery times warranty:
1) Blog photos / teasers / thank You cards. Photos delivered within 24h after wedding to online gallery in full resolution.
2) All fully processed photos from wedding within 7 Days (for short weddings) or 10 Days (long weddings) after wedding day. They are uploaded as processed so many are available already within 1-2 days after wedding day!
3) All in-house books/spreads/cards/prints processed within 7 days. This does not apply for full leather or alu books as we order those covers elsewhere.
4) Prints ordered during initial viewing session (recommended, not required) are now with up to 50% price drop.
5) We are now able to print in-house also 80cm prints (canvas+paper, shorter side). This reduces prices (mainly for panorama prints), increases quality and shortens delivery times.
6) Services present cards (and pre-paid shootings) are now available with up to 50% price reduction for existing customers. Contact us for more details!

26.10.10 (English) Few days to go for last wedding this year. Whoa, kind of sad thinking about it. But what could be better reason to open bottle of Bordeaux 1999 (wedding thankyou from April) than sadness like that? Sure not all is bad, it was long season and we sure also looking forward for more time spent with family. Our buddy from CA don't know no time off, they have whole year wedding season :-).
